Hello Dublin......boy are we.... tired!!!!

Our plane landed in Ireland at 5:30 in the morning and our explorations began! We easily got a bus ride down to the city center and located the apartment company without too much wandering. We dropped off our luggage and away we went! Arriving so early- good/bad. We had a whole day to explore but after checking in with our apartment company nothing was open. So we started with a breakfast. Then we wandered a bit to get our bearings (by we I mean Julie and Jill who I will then just follow around :) We went to Christ Church (loving the time to wander at my leisure- and in a church that’s A LOT- the girls are very patient with me) city Hall (GORGEOUS on the inside) , Dublin Castle (which was not so castle like) St. Patrick, killed time at Temple bar (had an extremely tasty warm goat cheese on toasted bread) then got our apartment. GREAT location. So far sharing the 1 bathroom has been a breeze but has helped me learn that a tiny house is not in my future :). The bathroom is soooo small. Then we headed to the leprechaun museum. The layout and storytelling were intertaining (although the darkness in parts had my eyes drifting closed often). Ended the night with dinner at Church Bar- it actually was a bar in another lifetime! Tasty fish and chips and then home to maneuver myself into shower and then to bed! (Which is why this didn’t get posted last night :)
